at the end of the web's silk road you find...
Abacci Bazaar

The Webmaster's Cauldron

Abacci > Bazaar > Webmasters

As you may have guessed by now, the Bazaar is not just about shopping - it has large areas devoted to building profitable web sites too. The HTML you need to do this isn't so much a witches potion as a healthy stew, with portions from each of these major foodgroups...

Scratch at the surface and you'll find the code hiding just below it

For the best broth fresh ingredients are essential. Towards that end, there are 'webmaster's code' links on each page where you can find HTML code ready to personalize and use on your web site.

What's in it for you

I'm hoping that the Bazaar will prove useful to you, the webmaster, in supporting your web building habit (as it does mine).

If you're building a new, theme based affiliate site I've added links on each page to similar topics and sub topics - you could use these while designing or extending your site, or just click on through to explore them. Each choice has a percentage next to it, indicating the relative interest in that particular topic (more on this here). There are also many lists of search terms based on various topics which could help when planning your site's scope and structure.

Finally, I've also attempted to include some ideas for content for each topic by including links to the current eBay listings, books on Amazon, current articles for research and sponsored links which you could include on your pages.

A quick note: many of the links are generated auto-magically by an uncaring computer running a pretty basic script, so you may find some odd stuff popping up here and there. If you come across one of these areas, clicking up or down the topic hierarchy should bring things back into focus.

What's in it for me

Well, some of the affiliations here are 2 tier programs, meaning that the company running the affiliate program are willing to pay me for bringing them successful new partners (that's you).

Also (surprisingly) there are shoppers out there who share my feelings about glossy eMalls, so I'm picking up some commissions from sales off the Bazaar.

Lastly, sights like this live or die through inbound links, so I'm hoping that you'll nod an URL my way on your website. Just in case you feel the cut-and-past urge overwhelming you now, that would be:
